Physical Therapist (PT) needed in a skilled nursing facilities in Port Arthur and Vidor, TX.
This PT will work 3 days in Port Arthur and 2 days in Vidor.
Candidates must be capable and comfortable with the 88-90% productivity standard.
Must have recently worked at this level of productivity.32/hrs per week will be guaranteed.
Candidates must have at least a minimum of 1 year SNF experience (NO NEW GRADS / NO CANDIDATES WITHOUT SNF).
That is experience in a free standing skilled nursing facility.
Candidates with Rehab Optima experience will be given first priority.
