We are seeking an LVN Field Nurse to join our team to visit home health clients in the Los Angeles County area (preferably Compton and Long Beach area). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home health care services. The Field Nurse must be able to work independently and have a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Provide home health services to patients in their homes.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Monitor patient progress and modify plans of care as needed.
- Document patient care in accordance with agency policy and procedures
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed vocational nurse in the state of California.
- Reliable transportation.
- Complies with accepted professionals standards and practice.
- NOT A SHIFT POSITION, IT IS PER VISIT
Pay Rate:
$50.00 per visit
