Are you a skilled and experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager seeking a unique opportunity to lead and make a lasting impact? We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Interim Cath Lab Nurse Manager to join our team at a prominent 350-bed hospital located in the beautiful northern Los Angeles County. This position offers a 13-week contract with a chance to oversee clinical and operations teams in a department with state-of-the-art Cath Labs.
Responsibilities: The Interim Cath Lab Nurse Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence in the Cardiac Cath Labs. The Interim Cath Lab Manager’s responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the clinical and operations teams within 4 advanced Cath Labs.
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
- Implementing and monitoring procedural protocols, safety measures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting the Cath Lab staff to foster professional growth and teamwork.
- Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide updates on the status of the Cath Lab department.
