Manages consultative sales.

Develops, implements, and supervises strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.

Ensures client needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick, efficient and within established operational guidelines.

Forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas.

Coaches, counsels, manages associate performance and engagement.

Manages clinic profit and loss (P& L).

Lead and directs thework of store positions.Responsibilities:Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Deliver sales performance and business volume to clinicAttain comprehensive knowledge of all serviceEnsure associates utilize ethical sales practices and oversees enforcement of the Ideal Image ethics policies and procedures.Communicate, implement, enforce and comply with all Ideal Image policies and procedures both individually and at the clinicSchedules daily huddles with clinicManage, evaluate, and provide feedback to individuals in meeting performance objectives, sales and developmentEvaluate and coach all associates on continual basis to ensure qualityHandle and resolve conflictInterview potential associates and assist recruiting in hiring ofHuman Resources compliance –manage associate behavior, including coaching/development and working with Human Resources on employee relations issues up toManage relationships with all currentResolve escalated client issues and refund requests in a timely manner, escalate to regional sales director as necessary.Convey organizational changes and company messages in a timely and positiveManage local marketing and networkingAssist with new clinic openings asManage scheduling and coverage of theSupervise the control of pettyAudit clinic daily for cleanliness, maintenance issuesReport all maintenance issues through proper channels within 24 hours, or as appropriate in anVendor management as neededEffective and proactive communication with regional sales director of any clinicFollow company’s mission statement, values and customer serviceExhibit professionalism and behaviors reflective of aContribute to building positive team morale and recognizeMaintain confidentiality and HIPAAAble to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpectedContinually works to improve leadershipTravel between clinics required.Other duties as assigned.IDEAL1234Qualifications:Education/Training:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
