We are looking for an experience privet duty and medical/skilled home care Marketing Executive with management experience.
This is a full time position to help new and existing home health agencies by; assisting with sales and marketing plan development, staff training and sales tracking for both privet duty and medical/skilled home and hospice care
Work with assigned agency or agencies to:
- Evaluating the current financial personnel and sales data; and develop a sales and marketing plan.
- Train agency staff to complete goals and objectives
- Assure that the expectations of agencies are met.
- Develop and implement fresh marketing materials.
- Track sales KPI and targets to ensure agency follow through.
Essential Functions :
- Know how to motive and inspire others to achieve success.
- Travel nationally to support new and existing home health agencies.
- 3 years experience marketing both privet duty and medical/skilled home care services
- Experience managing a sales /marketing team
- Review, report, and interpret, as appropriate, agency adherence to sales and marketing plan.
- Train new and existing home health agencies to utilize available systems and reports and identify areas for improvement with the goal of optimizing financial results.
- Provide sales auditing assistance and expertise to new and existing home health agencies
- Update CEO and Board of Directors on clients Sales and Operational progress on a regular basis on the status of marketing plan(s).
- Develop sales training modules. Communicate and implement new policies, programs and processes to ensure client success
- Develop new sales/marketing concepts and materials
- Provide advisory support to new and existing home health agencies on areas of need.

- Both Privet Duty and Medical/Skilled Home Care Marketing/Sales Experience: 3 years (Required)
