Overview: The position The Manager will be responsible for building APFM Healthcare partnership relationships with key stakeholders at our partnered healthcare facilities and facilitating family referrals to the APFM advisor and community networks.
The Manager will be responsible for owning the relationship development and stakeholder management across different departments and across different buildings within our healthcare partnership.
Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for communicating and working across internal A Place for Mom stakeholders, leveraging APFM systems and tools, to ensure we maximize the business opportunity by providing a world-class family, patient, and partner experience.
The Manager will be responsible for meeting key success metrics through the collaboration and partnership with the stakeholders at our partnered skilled nursing facilities.
This role is new and a part of a new partnership that we are scaling nationally through 2023.

You have a proven history of driving outcomes by cultivating strong relationships that are grounded in data and commonly set goals.
You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to do what it takes to come up with new solutions or ways for solving a problem at hand.
And, you are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, across internal sales teams and external counterparts.
You can communicate the value clearly and succinctly.
Job responsibilitiesEstablish strong relationships with pre-identified stakeholders in our healthcare partnership(s), including facility & stakeholder specific service level expectations, including a regular meeting cadence to support them as they work with families in search of senior living options Develop strong engagement with A Place for Mom senior living advisors to ensure families identified in search of senior living options are readily resourced with options that enable them to find the best placement option for themProactively communicate changes or blockers that would limit ability to develop strong relationships, keeping a solution-oriented mindsetProvide quarterly health check on engagement levels and performance levels across your partnered facilities and associated stakeholdersDevelop an opportunity pipeline of potential family placements to senior living, which will enable you to successfully meet or exceed quota performanceProactively recognize and celebrate the wins and the gratitudes for stakeholders who champion the partnership that result in positive family outcomesProvide feedback that is solution-oriented and helps to further improve the partnership program and level of service to our partners and to our families Required skills and competencies4 years of total experience in B2B sales, experience with healthcare sales a bonusDemonstrated success in growing a book of business and outperforming quotaExcellent interpersonal & communication skills, able to quickly build relationships and work across all levels of our organizationStrong ownership mentality, with the ability to prioritize among multiple ‘balls in the air’ and drive key projects forwardAbility to tell a story using numbers to build stakeholder consensusAbility to record & track activities in Salesforce or comparable CRMExperience using Tableau, and Google sheets preferred, not requiredAbility to be in-market, on-site at facilities 3-5 days per weekAbility to travel 1-2x per year About A Place for MomWe’re the leading online platform connecting families searching for senior care with a team of experienced local advisors providing insight-driven, personalized solutions.
