During this program, as part of Global Medical Operations Performance Management Team, under supervision of Operations Lead, you will work closely with our stakeholders to support various capabilitys operational processes and systems related key initiatives, including but not limited to: Holistically review, develop, update various medical capability and operations related trainings, process documents and continuous improvement activities Optimize user experience of Global Medical capability SharePoint sites Win Heres what it takes to Win We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.

The committed individual we seek is exemplifies with these qualifications: Basic Qualifications Amgen requires that all individuals applying for a grad internship or a co-op assignment at Amgen must meet the following criteria: 18 years or older Graduated with a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a 3.0 minimum GPA or equivalent Currently enrolled in an MBA program for an MBA internship OR a Masters program for a Masters internship OR a PharmD program for a PharmD internship OR Ph.D.

for a PhD internship from an accredited college or university and completion of the first year of MBA OR Masters OR Pharm D OR Ph.D.

program before the internship starts Enrolled in an accredited college or university following the potential internship or co-op assignment Must not be employed at the time the internship starts Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship Preferred Qualifications Masters with concentration in analytics, computer sciences, business administration, project/program management, information technologies Has experience creating, maintaining or curating content Has a passion for exceptional user experience design Has led project teams in the capacity of a project manager, formal or informal Has business analyst experience in the area of gap analysis, requirements development, translation of requirements to design, user experience testing Has worked with end users to help build web-based solutions Has had experience working with vendor partners and content experts to build content Knowledge in applications like SharePoint, MSTeams, Smartsheet, Tableau, and analytical development methodologies Proficient in analytical and interpretation activities and able to present insights based on business sense to a wide variety of audiences in both written and verbal formats Effective working in a team/matrix environment Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth in addition to their well-being: Build a network of colleagues that will endure and grow throughout your time with us and beyond.
