Dental Sterilization Technician Job Profile
Overview:
Hero Practice Services is seeking a Sterilization Technician to ensure sterilization of instruments while assisting with other back-office tasks, in addition to being trained on front office procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CDC and OSHA guidelines
- Accurately execute laboratory and other reasonably assigned duties
- Provide and encourage the highest level of customer service and quality care
- Help to explain treatment and tailor personal care education to the patient s needs
Qualifications:
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Strong interpersonal Skills
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) Practice Management Software Experience
