What will you be doing in this role?

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

 Doctorate Degree – Graduation from AVMA Council of Education accredited veterinary school (DVM or VMD degree) or graduation from foreign veterinary school and successful completion of an education equivalence assessment certification program – the ECFVG 

Doctorate Degree – Graduation from an ACLAM approved residency program in Laboratory Animal Medicine 

Licenses:

 ACLAM board certification – Board certified in Laboratory Animal Medicine (Preferred) 

Experience:

2 years – Minimum of two-year experience in biomedical research field in an AAALAC accredited research facility after graduation from laboratory animal medicine residency program is strongly desired.

Experience working with mice (Mus) and rats (Rattus) as well as USDA covered species. Surgical experience in multiple species is strongly desired.
