Duties/Responsibilities
KEEP FLUID AND PROMPT COMMUNICATION WITH AVANTI OFFICE STAFF (CONFIRMING APPOINTMENTS, SENDING IN NEEDED FORMS)
REVIEWING PATIENT INFORMATION AS NEEDED (H&P, MED.
LIST, ETC.)
COMMUNICATING PROFESSIONALLY WITH PATIENT AND/OR PATIENT FAMILY BEFORE AND THROUGHOUT PATIENT VISITS
PROVIDING ADMISSION FORMS AND PROGRESS NOTES WITHIN 24HRS OF INITIAL PATIENT VISIT (ALL INFORMATION PROPERLY FILLED OUT)
NAVIGATING THROUGH PRACTICE FUSION (EHR SOFTWARD)
PROVIDING AVANTI OFFICE STAFF WITH CURRENT AVAILABILITY ON WEEKLY BASIS
