The Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care through integrated drug distribution, clinical services and education.Minimum Education:
• Pharm.D degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy.Minimum Experience/Knowledge:
• 2 Years hospital or ambulatory care experience or completion of a residency program in a hospital or ambulatory care setting.Required License/Certification:
• Current pharmacy licensure with California State Board of Pharmacy
• Keck and Norris Hospital: BLS certification for Healthcare Provider & ACLS certification from American Heart Association
• Fire and Safety Certification.
