Responsibilities
The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine is seeking to hire a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to join their Immunogenetics Laboratory. Primary duties:
*Performs in vitro cellular and molecular experiments, working with whole blood and primary cell lines in aseptic cell culture conditions
*Perform Luminex immunoassays, ELISA, flow cytometry, functional assays for T, B and NK cells and ongoing assay development
Qualifications
*A current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license
*Must have previous experience working in Immunology
*Experience in Immunophenotyping, flow cytometry, aseptic cell culture, ELISA and Luminex testing is highly preferred
