We are dedicated to using a progressive approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach each child coping strategies and the skills necessary to navigate the world as best they can.
About This Position: The Clinical Director will serve in a clinical leadership position supporting the initial and ongoing growth of our home-based program while developing our center-based program.
This role will initially support multiple facets at H.U.G.
such as client and staff recruitment, training development, community outreach, programming development, and the establishment of our clinical practices.
As we grow, we will launch our center-based program which will include other therapies such as occupational, speech, art, and music.
Additionally, we look forward to also providing enrichment activities such as fitness classes, social groups and outings, summer camps, and more Who We Are: Zeina Kaddoum founded H.U.G.

She has been a university professor for more than a decade and holds a Ph.D.
in Population Health.
She has taught several courses related to the health and well-being of vulnerable populations such as women, ethnic minorities and autistic persons.

Her passion for providing equitable solutions for groups with unmet needs particularly those of autistic and other neurodivergent learners was the genesis of H.U.G.

Who We Are Seeking: Background and Skills: Experience supervising and leading other BCBAs and behavior technicians Demonstrated leadership qualities including guiding others, taking ownership and accountability, and remaining approachable and supportive Background in or willingness to be trained in Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skill-Based Treatment (SBT), and neurodiversity-affirming practices.
Excellent communication and soft skills, with both children and adults Commitment to the field and the science Compassionate, empathetic, inquisitive, and collaborative Clinical Director Responsibilities Engage in community outreach to support client and team recruitment as well as disseminating H.U.G.
s mission and vision to the community Deliver community-based trainings Perform intakes, assessments, and develop caseloads across clinicians Develop skill-building treatment plans and oversee the implementation of compassionate care across clinicians Train clinicians in progressive ABA Establish and maintain clinical metrics to ensure maintenance of quality Support quality and compliance across the organization Embody H.U.G.
