Clinic Supervisor

Overview: The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the facility under the direction of the Regional Director of Operations.

The Clinic Supervisor will provide leadership, assist in administering policies and procedures, and assist in management of key services in the clinic ensuring that these activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities: Assists in the administration of personnel policies and delivery of training programs for center employees in cooperation with ClinicAdministrator and Human Resources;Meets with Clinic Administrator on a bi-weekly basis to discuss/review facility operations;Reviews center activities and recommends changes in, or better utilization of facilities, services, and staff;Submits the requisition for purchase of supplies and equipment to the Clinic Administrator for approval;Checks on deliveries by reconciling packing slips against purchase orders and sends originals to corporate office for payment;Follows current purchasing and inventory control procedures;Assists in the administration of long and short-term goals consistent with those of senior management;Assists in the interview process of potential employees when openings for the center are available by acting as the second level of the interview process;Maintains patient medical records as the medical record custodian in accordance with policy and procedures with daily review for accuracy and quality;Maintains daily staff supervision, review of department scheduling, equipment upkeep, daily cash receipts and any other daily requirements;Provides intervention and resolution of problems and negative feedback within one business day of knowledge of such with assistance of the Clinic Administrator and Director of Operations;Works within established network and initiates patient referral process when appropriate and follows guidelines of patient managed care programs;Assist the Clinic Administrator with preparing necessary operational reports.Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Graduate or related experience1-year Lead Front Desk experience;Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent problem solving skills;For applicants in Illinois and Pennsylvania: The COVID-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment
