The IDEAL CANDIDATE CASE MANAGER RN: GHR is seeking an experienced RN who has worked with ADULTS in an ACUTE REHAB for at least 5yrs ()with Brain Injuries for a Program located in Northern California.
NOT TRADITIONAL BEDSIDE so previous LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE is a PLUS.
CASE MANAGER RN POSITION DETAILS: SHIFT: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm, NO WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS COMPENSATION: $45-65/hr COVID VACCINATION IS REQUIRED (within 90 days of hire) PERMANENT FULL TIME POSITION STRONG BENEFIT PACKAGE BEING OFFERED BSN PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED CASE MANAGER RN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA) providing care to patients and should be able to recognize patient needs and prioritize those needs with the needs outlined by physicians.
Qualifications Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance Candidate must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients ACUTE REHAB PROGRAM DETAILS: The patient population are adults, Ages 18 and Older.
The facility has 26 beds on campus and they treat some patients on an outpatient basis.
Patients live there after 29 Days and stay at this facility for 3 months after they have been in an acute rehab.
There are a number of patients who have been injured for a number of years due to physical and cognitive changes due to brain injuries.
