Licensed Mental Health Clinical Supervisor We are seeking a full-time licensed clinical supervisor to supervise Mental Health Clinicians (Associate Marriage and Family Therapists, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Professional Clinical Counselors) to join our team.

Responsibilities: Supervise at least 8 supervisees.
Provide support to mental health counselors who are providing treatment to victims of crime, social services clients, and private clients Assist in the development of counseling knowledge and skills by identifying learning needs, determining counselor strengths, promoting self-awareness, and transmitting knowledge for practical use and professional growth.
Provide individual and group supervision Review paperwork and provide feedback to your clinicians Involvement in extracurricular projects, including training and media presence Complete documentation of services and treatment in a timely, organized manner.
Qualifications: Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields Familiarity with community mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Strong leadership qualities Have current registration (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist) with the board of behavioral sciences or Board of Psychology Able to travel for job duties (post-pandemic) Job Type: Full-timePI154324132
