We are one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies working in consumer marketing today, and we’re looking to add a Senior Vice President (SVP) to our Client Experience leadership team.

Specifically, the SVP, Consumer Health, will help capitalize on the growing momentum in our emerging consumer health practice and be a driving force behind deepening and broadening our right to win in this category.

The SVP will also help lead the broader consumer client experience team and book of business, with responsibility for P&L at the enterprise and account level.

The SVP will be encouraged to actively participate in new business efforts, agency marketing, and the development of staff.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Consumer Health Practice: Vision & LeadershipChampion the vision for imre’s Consumer Health practice, partnering with client experience and new business teams to articulate the agency’s unique value proposition, right to win and go-to-market strategy for target prospectsElevate imre’s strategic acumen, relevance and credibility in the Consumer Health space, with a focus on OTC brandsContribute to the development of services and capabilities that meet the needs of clients in the Consumer Health category to drive growthDrive revenue through the proactive pursuit and conversion of new business and organic growth opportunitiesClient Experience Team: Account & Personnel Leadership Lead integrated internal teams to deliver best-in-class client experiences for several of the agency’s largest clientsServe as the strategic thought partner and business consultant for senior clients on select accounts, demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s business and a fluency in modern marketing strategies, techniques and best practicesDrive organic business development with intention, building a vision and plan for growth that aligns with agency services and integrated expertiseMaintain a high level of performance by the account teams and other agency personnel, while training teams on best practices and up-leveling how we show up as an agency to service our clientsManage profitability and actively work with team leaders to plan and manage utilizationKeep agency leadership informed of the status of the portfolio health, challenges, opportunities and staffing needsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field10+ years of experience, and a successful history of managing OTC brands (or CPG) and launching consumer healthcare productsMBA a plusStrong business acumen and consultative skills, with a history of creating innovative and measurable solutions to modern marketing challengesAbility to lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class, forward leaning marketing programs that leverage data and insights and deliver meaningful ROI Experience setting and mobilizing teams around a vision to drive business growthSophistication when it comes to all stages of new business development from prospecting to RFP response and ultimate conversion Compassionate people manager who consistently brings out the best in teams and direct reportsTHE PERKS:The best coworkers you’ll ever meetReduced Friday hours year round $200 quarterly Mind and Body bonusSabbatical leaves starting at 3 years401K with matchGenerous PTO programBeer Thursday & Happy Hours in the officeBagel Fridays & Wellness WednesdayAnnual company retreatimre is an equal employment opportunity employer.
