Overview:

Hero Practice Services is seeking a Bilingual Dental Assistant Level I to support the dentist and hygienist in providing high quality, compassionate dental care to all patients and to assist in the translation of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accurately describe to patient and family the necessary treatment and plan steps
  • Efficiently obtain quality dental radiographs (periapicals, bitewings, panoramic) as requested by the dentist using coaching techniques
  • Provide clear, effective, and encouraging oral hygiene instructions
  • Effectively communicate proper oral hygiene and preventative care to the patient and family

Qualifications:

  • Active Bilingual in Spanish
  • Experience in Healthcare and/or customer service
  • Interest in working with kids
  • Current BLS CPR Certification
