Essential Job Functions: Provide individual and group counseling services; direct service hours atregularly scheduled intervals; coordinate all servicesthroughout treatment ASAM placement assessment Facilitates, establishes and reviews with each patient the initial treatment plan Completes Bio-psychosocial assessment Develop aftercare plans and discharge plans Other related duties as determined by supervisor Qualifications | Education | Certifications: Previous experience working with chemically dependent individuals a plus.
Must demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population Candidate must be currently REGISTERED in the State of California with an established certifying agency and minimum of 1 year counseling experience Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screen COVID-19 considerations: Everyone will be asked to be in compliance with the most recent COVID guidelines from CDC, State, County and City.
