Overview:AM LLC has an immediate opening for a full time Manager of School Health Programs.
The successful Manager will implement, support, and provide guidance and oversight to the county COVID-19 Response Services to include on-site testing, temperature screens, and contact tracing.
This position manages all aspects of contract award requirements and compliance.
This is an on-site position and the candidate will be on-site at multiple locations throughout the Salinas City Elementary School District.Responsibilities:Oversee continued COVID-19 response throughout the School District.Respond to additional needs for COVID-19 response, as needed.Monitor program scope and demand.Collaborate with community partners to determine need throughout each part of the county.Maintain established prioritization of access to testing for target populations.Coordinate with public health department leadership.Supervise project managers on a variety of public health disciplines including contact tracing and testing.Coordinate with public health leadership to establish parameters for programmatic evaluation, reporting cadence, and data collection paradigms.Oversee contract compliance vendors providing a variety of services and product support.Qualifications:Educational and Professional Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field required Master’s degree preferredPublic Health and COVID-19 project management requiredMinimum of 5 years supervisory experienceExperience in healthcare required5 years or greater experience in project or program management General Requirements:Strong communication skills, both written and verbalAccess to reliable transportation and valid drivers’ licenseAble to access and prioritize competing project interests and work in a fast paced environmentExcellent organizational skills and keen attention to detailAbility to establish and maintain partnerships with various agencies and stakeholdersAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishCritical thinking and sound judgment requiredAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismTechnology Requirements:PC with Windows 10 or Mac with Mac OS 10.15 or newerAntivirus Protection: Windows Defender and Windows Firewall, for Mac Antivirus Protection: SophosExperience with Google SuiteMust have a quiet, dedicated workspaceUser provided home high-speed network connectionLI-MW1IND123Note: Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to respond to telephone or email inquiries, but we are reviewing and considering all applications in the order in which they were submitted on a rolling basis.
