Overview Position Summary: The Care Partner provides patient and administrative support to Nursing staff as necessary. Minimum Qualifications: 1 year experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred. Nursing Student Applicants: Completion of pediatric rotation preferred. Able to write, speak and understand English fluently. Bend and twist, and it often requires lifting more than 10 pounds. Education/Licensure/Certifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required. Current BLS from American Heart Association. Pay Scale Information USD $32,656.00 – USD $48,797.000 CHLA values the contribution each Team Member brings to our organization. Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
