Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 22 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience is required.
• Travel experience is required.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application.
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Information:
Every other weekend required.
No on-call required.
BLS must be AHA only. Instructor, Provider, and RQI are acceptable.

All positions at Providence Health & Services require that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed within 72 hours of signing a contract – no exceptions.
