Requirements: Two-year degree in HR or a similar field and at least 1 year of experience in a human resources.1-2 years of experience in a human services or health care-related field is preferred.Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to rapid change and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Must pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.Have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.

Accra Care is looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is eager to learn and grow in the Home Health field.Effectively prioritize projects and manage own time with limited oversight.Have effective communication skills, and the demonstrated ability to communicate challenging concepts both in-person, over the phone, and in electronic communicationDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

Essential Functions: Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for Accra Home Health staff.Provide explanation, answer questions, and offer support for all home health inquires.

Assist/Monitor bi-weekly payroll for AHH program staff.Maintain confidential personnel files and personnel actions, upkeep and track annual credentials.Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.Act as Administrator for Home Health Learning Management Systems.

Develop and maintain critical relationships within Accra and externally that help to promote Accra’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.Work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to strategically plan for new hire and annual program requirements.Stay up to date with employee program requirements.

Complete other HR related tasks and projects as assigned.Represent the Accra way, demonstrate positivity in the workplace, promoting the desired culture.
