The Opportunity
As a Product Manager – Enterprise Merchant Growth, you’ll lead our Merchant Growth team.
Our client partners with tens of thousands of merchants around the world. Our successful merchant partnerships rely on our ability to provide flexible API and features that are easier to integrate. Our API supports millions of transactions and billions of dollars in GMV.

The Product Manager is responsible for defining how we can best address our merchants’ needs and leading the team on execution. The PM will partner with sales, merchant services, client success, design, analytics and engineering teams to define end-to-end solutions to help merchants and grow their business.
The PM will be familiar with a wide range of retail and eCommerce tactics, payment platform technologies and payments API. The PM will define success metrics and go-to-market strategies to create value for our customers, merchant partners and the company globally.
• Understand customer/user requirements/user stories and clearly define technical requirements
• Build product roadmap and manage product backlogs
• Drive E2E process improvement as well as product development to improve the end-to-end experience for our merchant partners
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders – engineering, sales, merchant services, client success, and analytics team members
Who are you? (Qualifications)

• 3 to 4 years product management experience
• Experience working in payments solutions, eCommerce, or retail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
• Able to drive A/B testing, and familiar with analytics/testing tools
• Bachelor of Science in computer science or related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with merchants’ technology stacks – eCommerce platforms, payment gateways or order management systems
• Experience building and managing public facing API as a product manager or as an engineer in the past
• Experience leading and working with geographically dispersed teams a plus
