Aon Is Looking For An Associate Partner Public Sector ActuarialAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by growing our public sector business as part of our Retirement Solutions business.This role can be worked remotely from anywhere within the Continental United States with a preference for someone in the Northeast.Your Impact As An Associate Partner Public Sector ActuarialSuccessful candidates will focus primarily on selling Aon’s Retirement consulting services to clients and prospects in the public sector.

Colleagues in this role are expected to lead and grow client relationships in the public sector-including having the ability to influence and develop service offerings that ensure continued client value and growth.Job Responsibilities:Heavy emphasis on business development and marketing in public sector Attendance at public sector conferences, resulting in relationships and salesLeadership in client meetings, prospect sales and finalist meetings, and in broader consulting and salesDevelopment of innovative ideas and solutions which add client valueDevelopment and coaching for junior colleaguesReview of work for both technical accuracy and reasonabilityTravel and flexibility to meet client and firm needsYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:10 years of public sector actuarial work experience Must be an Enrolled ActuaryPublic Pension and OPEB plan funding requirementsPublic Pension and OPEB plan accounting requirementsProven track record of business development and actuarial consulting in public sectorUnderstanding of sales and marketing for public sectorExcellent verbal and written communication expertiseAbility to grow, manage and develop teamsDetailed orientedPreferred Experience:Associate or Fellow of the Society of ActuariesProValProven track record in actuarial consultingProven track record of winning new businessEducation:Academic degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or similarWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.The salary range for this position is $132,000
– $189,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans.
