Healthcare Staffing Professionals has an immediate need for a Public Health Investigator. The Public Health Investigator (PHI) enforces laws, ordinances, and regulations for the control of COVID-19 among the residents of the Service Planning Area (SPA). The PHI focuses efforts on those activities that help the OMB manage the cases/outbreaks related to COVID-19 in settings that include, but are not limited to, worksites and places of worship. The PHI reports directly to the Supervising Public Health Investigator (Outbreak Investigator Supervisor).
The position will start immediately upon acceptance and employment clearance and is initially funded through 7/31/2022 with potential renewal.
Pay Rate-
$34.42/hr working 40 hours a week

Desirable Qualifications:
- Windows-based laptop or desktop device, with a speaker and mic;
- Reliable Wi-fi/internet access;
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Bilingual Spanish. Prior experience with COVID-19 case investigations and contact tracing
