Head of Public Relations (Global)

nn Responsibilities nn Develop and implement a long-term PR strategy that supports key business objectives, enhances coverage across all mediums, and elevates the ONE Championship brand Lead internal PR team and external PR agencies to optimize coverage within consumer, corporate, and lifestyle media, proactively and reactively pitching compelling stories Nurture relationships with priority media members and key opinion leaders to secure positive coverage surrounding ONE and its athletes/executives Work with Content Marketing & Athlete Marketing teams to refine stories, angles, and activations involving ONE and its athletes/executives Work with the Analytics & Insights team to refine KPI tracking and reporting Manage PR calendar for interviews, releases, and other key events nn n nn nn Requirements nn 5-10 years working in PR or Corporate Communications Experience working with global media companies and journalists Experience working with athletes or other talents Strong knowledge of global sports and MMA media Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Maniacal attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills to organize remote teams and work cross-functionally Ability to work an event-based schedule, which includes some nights and weekends Ability to be based in Singapore
