Structural Engineer – Los Angeles, CA
Global leading structural engineering firm offers a wide range of services to its clients including specialization in water/wastewater, transportation and site development construction management and is expanding it’s Structural presence. We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer I to join us in our LA office.
The scope of this position is to perform structural analysis/calculations and CAD drawing preparation on structural projects.
Must be able to provide college transcripts (current or completed)
Skills Requirements:
This is an entry level position. The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work well with others and good computer skills. Experience with Excel, Word and Auto CAD software.
EIT Education Requirements:
- Preferred BS in Structural Engineering or Mechanical/Civil Engineering.
- Certifications as an ‘Engineer-in-training’ (EIT) or ability to obtain certification within one year is preferred.
