We are searching for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to conduct forensic investigations of commercial, institutional, high-rise and residential buildings to determine failures and defects. The selected individual will determine the cause and origin of building system damages and provide a detailed report to the client. The ideal candidate will have experience in building systems evaluation and optimization, forensic engineering, HVAC design, commissioning, construction and/or diagnostics. Ability to serve as an expert witness during litigation is a plus. In addition, the ideal candidate should have experience managing projects and clients.
