We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Electrician.

The ideal candidate will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, such as control panels.

This position requires extensive knowledge of electrical components as well as electrical safety code sand regulations.

You must be professional, technical, and mechanically proficient.

You will test existing equipment and determine if components of a system need to be upgraded or replaced.

Also check switches, motors, regulators, and other parts of the industrial electrical systems.

Responsibilities: Troubleshoot down to the component level on assemblies and systems. Building or assembling prototype parts (cables computers, assemble PCBs, etc). Providing technical expertise. Handling engineering change requests and supporting engineers on various projects and tasks. Testing 2nd source electrical or electronic components. Creating and check drawings required to support new product development. Schedules due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents. Reviews and verifies project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements. Submit project documentation to management for approval, and issues document approvals to manufacturing partners and suppliers. Collaborate with engineers, managers, suppliers, and others to discuss the project, prepare documents, or modify; contract, manufacturing partners/supplier schedules, in order to ensure quality and timely production/deliverables. Work with other design engineers to review bench reference data, test plans, and reports. Track status and communicate progress effectively to project leads and to management to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule. Requirements capture, tracking any system-related failure modes.

Work with cross-functional teams to create root cause investigations/causes and other failures for internal designs and suppliers. Assist with documentation for production failures, root cause investigations, corrective action and etc. Assist in the investigation, process, monitor, and make recommendations within the scope of various projects Support the resolution of key technical issues that impact operation. Conduct and encourage frequent formal and informal communication with various team to ensure full engagement and efficient operation. Responsible for compliance with food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements. Adhere to applicable prerequisite programs (PRP) per HACCP requirement. 5+ years of relevant work experience or associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent. Experience creating electrical schematics using Orcads OR Pads. Experience with PCBs, motherboards, LCDs, VF drives, motors, encoders. Strong time management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work within tight deadlines. Strong creative, analytical and problem-solving skills required. Understanding basic concepts of design for testability implementation & strategies. Good communication skills and the ability to work with design teams both locally and remotely at different geographical locations. Must be able to read and write in English, as well as basic proficiency in math.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of PCB, Motherboard, ORCAD, PAD, VF Drives, 220 Volt, 440 volt, Printed Circuit Boards, Electrical Schematics. Soldering desoldering skills. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service and communication skills. Ability to read complex drawings and perform simple mathematics is required, HS Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Ability to lift, push, pull 10 lbs.
