Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Compensation: $120k-$145k base salary

Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and manage the firm’s IT infrastructure.
Research and make recommendations to enhance the firm’s IT Infrastructure.
Oversee the performance and maintenance of the Windows Server (2016 & 2019) and virtualized (VMware) environments.
Provide support and help maintain the network (LAN/WAN, WLAN, SD-LAN) and telecommunications (Mitel) infrastructures.
Administer the Azure, Office 365, and Intune MDM environments.
Administer and maintain Exchange 2013 & Exchange Online environments.
Manage and maintain the Windows Desktop and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix XenApp) environments.
Deploy & patch server/workstation operating systems and software application packages with Microsoft SCCM.
Assist in vendor management and the evaluation of cloud and application technologies.
Create and maintain documentation procedures, policies, and records.
Support and provide recommendations for the firm security initiatives
Provide excellent customer service & technical support to firm staff members when needed and identify end-users problems & conduct root cause analysis.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA/BA Degree (preferred)
Industry specific certifications (i.e., Microsoft, VMware, Citrix)
Strong understanding of Windows Server and VMware virtualized environments (3+ years)
Experience implementing and managing hyperconverged infrastructures (Dell, EMC, Nutanix, VMware)
Proficient with Active Directory and Group Policy (5+ years)
Exposure to Azure and Intune MDM administration.
Familiarity with Virtual Desktop Infrastructures (Citrix XenApp or other VDI technologies) (1+ year)
Familiarity with of Microsoft SCCM (1+ year)
Basic understanding of Cisco Network infrastructures and firewalls (1+ years)
Exposure to enterprise storage solutions and technologies (1+ year)
