Be the first Architectural Technician in the US at this high end Fixture company, translating design concepts into detailed technical drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and contributing to launching their internal design team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of accurate 3D models using BIM software.
- Coordinate BIM models with other project documents.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with relevant codes and standards.
- Work with contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Participate in site visits and conduct basic site analysis for project development.
- Contribute to site plans and feasibility studies.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Assist with specification writing and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Technician.
- Strong attention to detail, knowledge of building codes, and effective communication skills.
- Experience in restroom design or strong technical awareness with excellent Revit skills
