The Work Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com and other CRM implementation engagements.
Developing Salesforce implementation roadmap for clients.
Good knowledge of Salesforce products, and experience implementing Salesforce for clients Leading business and technical grooming for requirements and managing the end solution optimizing Salesforce Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
Ability to clearly communicate solution and Solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each project.
Disseminating best practices on solution positioning and delivery.
Assist with supporting pre-sales activities expansive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com standard methodologies.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.When/if travel resumes, travel for this roleis expected to be 50% or less.

Here’s What You Need At least 2 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement) At least 3 years of dynamic experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce.com is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
If you have an Associate Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience Bonus Points If You have experience being responsible for multi-shore projects You have certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platforms You have a very good work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity).
You are customer oriented and phenomenal at building client relationships You have good communication and presentation skills As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $ 99,900
