Job Details In this role, you will run your own projects and be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of design, production of the construction documents, and construction administration. Plans coordinates and manages the project process for large-scale healthcare projects. Represents the project or practice as the primary contact for client interaction. Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties. Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations. Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations. Manages the finances of all assigned projects. Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet these criteria 7+ years of experience working as an Architectural professional. Professional degree in Architecture. Professional license preferred. LEED accreditation preferred. Experience working on healthcare projects is required (mid-to-large scale projects). Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD. Advanced understanding of building codes and zoning codes.
