As the Mechanical Engineering Lead you will be responsible for leading the overall design, technical quality and production activities of mechanical engineering services.
This senior level position is highly visible to clients and employees, and requires a strong balance of professionalism, assertiveness & leadership.

responsibilities:
Engage with regional leadership as a representative of Los Angeles location discussing current & future projects Be a resource when needed to obtain new projects or opportunities Act as team lead for technical and production matters Responponsible for teams quality of work & ability to meet deadlines Develop and manage project deadlines, budgets & coordinate appropriate staff for coverage on projects Work with multiple offices establishing mechanical best practices Train, develop and perform staff reviews as needed
