May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* All previous classification requirements must be continually satisfied.* Maintains current licensing and training requirements.* Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).* Consistently completes portions of projects on time, within budget, and in a safe manner.* Demonstrates ability to complete an overall job layout for projects of limited scope and size.* Demonstrates an eagerness and ability to accept increasing responsibility.* Comprehends and incorporates specifications effectively.* Coaches and inspires Helpers/Apprentices to surpass customer expectations and company vision/goals* Analyzes upcoming tasks and anticipates equipment, procedures and training needed to complete work in a safe manner.* Demonstrates ability to effectively coach and mentor crew members.* Enforces a safe jobsite and maintains compliance with company safety, OSHA, and customer-specific safety standards.* Demonstrates ability to obtain, organize, and manage materials effectively.* Actively participates in Faith’s hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.* Performs other related duties as required and assigned.The job description and responsibilities described are intended to provide guidelines for job expectations and the employee’s ability to perform the position described.
