Job Captain/Project Architect Require 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Interiors/Tenant Improvement the development of Construction Drawings and coordinating development of CD set with Consulting Structural & MEP Engineers.
Should have a direct working knowledge of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) including ADA Compliance and, plan check submittal process in LA County.
Should have experience with administrative skills necessary to manage the Construction Administration of a project in reviewing and processing submittals, RFI’s, change orders and pay applications.
Require working knowledge in the following programs: AutoCAD 2020, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
