The individual will research on power management solutions for the next generation IP, as well as working with other IP/SOC/software leads in deploying existing solutions.

He/she will be a member of the architecture team and own the architecture of the power management related designs.The PersonThis will an exciting opportunity for anyone who is passionate in solving complex system problems while acquiring expert knowledge in display technologies.

You will be collaborating with domain architects/leaders (from SOC, memory, software) in providing power management innovations optimized for display workloads.

The candidate must be proficient in low power design, and possesses a strong background in SOC/memory/system power management.

He/she must have proven experience as an IP RTL designer and able to lead others in deliver a quality IP design.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and recommend power management solutions for displayWork with other architects to deliver practical system solutions that save significant display/SOC powerDefine architecture and design requirements for power featuresProvide technical direction/guidance to the design team Preferred Experience:12 years of proven RTL experience on large ASIC development projectsExtensive experience in IP design to support sophiscated power management solutionsProven experience in defining design architecture and/or micro-architectureBackground in display and/or memory controller/hub design is an assetA strong leader with experience working with a global teamExcellent written and communication skills Academic Credentials:Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
