Architect RPA Technologies will be responsible for automating various processes in Cepheid!

You will work closely with RPA Center of Excellence team, Business SMEs and partners to identify the automation opportunities and Architecting the solution.

You will also design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for software improvements and new products.

In this role you will develop software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools.

Resolving hardware compatibility and/or influencing hardware design, as well as developing software applications, user interfaces, databases and embedded software, will be essential to your success.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Translate business requirements into wellarchitected solutions that best use the UI Path platform.

Work with process domain specialists to understand key process requirements and document the current state by using existing documentation, conducting interviews and observationsPerform all vital end-to-end setup of RPA infrastructure including both hardware & software on development, test & production environments.Define Coding standards, set-up governance and establish automated and manual code reviews.Maintain code quality, organization and automation; develop required architectural artifacts and documentation.Manage, Maintain, and Monitor the RPA environment.Communicate project status to partners, acquire feedback and improve the processes.Lead the team on RPA developers from different regions.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelors Degree with 8+ years of IT experience3+ years demonstrated ability in leading architecture and design for RPA implementations.Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and great teammate with a good work ethicExperience with Agile Project Methods, tools, and concepts.Experience on automating the ERP tasks, web portal, Excel, Azure Graph, PDF, Email, etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Strong experience on Uipath document understanding(AI Center), OCR, AI Fabric, Insights, etc.Experience using Uipath Automation hub to maintain and lead the automation pipelines.Experience with Uipath Apps, Data Service is preferred.UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification is preferred.
