A& R Solar, a leading solarinstaller in the Pacific Northwest, is searching for an experienced 02 Residential Electrician to work on solar jobs throughout Washington state.
The candidate must be able to successfully install and maintain solar electric systems with the highest quality components and use cutting-edge technology.
The ideal candidate is team oriented, detailed, dependable, and hardworking.

You will have a three-day weekendEmployee-ownership profit-sharing after three years.Work on a variety of buildings and situations, every day is different.Respect from owners and managers who want your input and encourage quality craftsmanship.
What the successful candidates will have: 3 years minimum electrical residential and/or commercial experience.Valid 02 Electrical license is required.Ability for overnight travel.Solar industry experience ideal.Eye for aesthetics and takes pride in your workAbility to provide input and ideas in a confident manner.Team player who enjoys working with others.Excellent communication skills.Tesla and LG Battery experience is a plus.Enjoys learning new things.Appreciation for renewable energy is a big bonus Who is A& R Solar?A&R Solar is a leading solar installer in the Pacific Northwest with a seasoned team of solar professionals.
