– Duties include but are not limited to: Mechanical Design of bdtronic machines and their components (70% of role) -Preparing calculations on the proposed machine or parts of the proposed machine -Calculating tolerance, dimensions and structural analysis and so on.
-Constructing prototypes and confirming designs with design/purchasing team -Creating technical drawings and pneumatic plans.
Designing machines and parts of machines using input from project engineers.
-Performing physical testing on prototypes -Production feasibility and assembly of machine components -Revising existing products using customer feedback and data to upgrade, improve or repair the companys existing machines.
-Ensuring machines and machine parts adhere to applicable industry and business standards Mechanical support project business (20% of role) -Full support of the respective project manager in the project business -Working on preliminary designs as well as final designs in line with company procedure, regulations and client standards.
