Using advanced marketing lead generation technology, we will connect lawyers with people who need their services, improve the legal experience for consumers, and make it easier for lawyers to grow their business and focus on winning their clients’ cases.What you’ll do:As our Lead Product Designer, you will help us keep customers at the center of Cartiga products and services. You will take a user-first approach and design beautiful and useable technical solutions for several different people and contexts. From individuals to small businesses, from single instance product use to regular engagement using a full suite.Help establish a detailed and broad approach to the design process for all Cartiga digital products.Lead the design of new products and services on a cross-functional team, working with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing from ideas to execution.Design interaction models, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that promote ease of use for our customers and optimize how they interact with our products.Share your work to your team and stakeholders, describe the design decisions and rationale, and incorporate feedback iteratively.Lead the creation and use of a centralized design system.What you’ll bring Interest in defining the direction of a fast-growing design-driven organization.Skill working on a cross-functional team, collaborating with engineers and product managers to understand technical and business constraints.Professional experience crafting consumer or business applications, ideally SaaS.The ability to discuss your work in detail, specifics of your role on past projects, how you worked with others, and examples of how you operate to understand a customer’s end-to-end journey.Expertise in turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products and interactions.The capability to communicate and prototype interactions rapidly at various levels of fidelity.Strong command of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.Strong knowledge of modern web UI patterns.
