Senior Motion Designer

Job Overview:
Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, The Original Donut Shop, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core Hydration, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes.

Our mission is to help grow KDP’s iconic and refreshing brands with equally iconic and refreshing creative communications and experiences.
We are seeking a Motion Designer to help lead Liquid Sunshine through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence.

This role will report into the Executive Creative Director and Director of Integrated Production.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Create and edit 2D and 3D motion video design content for a variety of digital, social, mobile, and broadcast platforms, across all our brands
Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and producers to develop and enhance narrative content from initial script and storyboard through to production, editing and delivery
Contribute to the development of original conceptual ideas as well as help bring to life ideas developed by our Campaign & Content teams
Work in partnership with account management, strategy, and project management to understand and deliver on brand goals
Coordinate with external creative and production partners, as applicable
Mentor and educate other internal creative makers in motion design
Proactively identify opportunities to tap into or incorporate the latest trends in pop culture, creativity, executional approaches & techniques, and broader inspirations, innovations and interruptions
Champion and contribute to a culture of diversity, inclusion, personal growth, winning, and fun
Requirements:
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally in an agency environment
A portfolio that demonstrates mastery of a wide range of techniques and skills
Advanced to Expert experience in the Adobe suite of products (Premiere, AfterEffects, Illustrator, Cinema 4D)
Well-honed sense of video and animation principles: narrative, timing, framing, lighting, and shot design
Deep experience creating for all the major social platforms, with a demonstrated understanding of differences in visual language and editing styles
The flexibility to work as part of a team one day, independently the next.

You adapt to new ideas, processes and business problems with ease and enthusiasm
Determination, ingenuity, and a great attitude in the face of obstacles, deadlines, and ambiguity
Strong creative problem-solving skills
A proven ability to meet deadlines while managing and organizing workloads across multiple projects
Film editing, mixing, and/or color correction skills highly desirable; Final Cut or ProTools skills a plus
