Responsibilities Adhere to both the firms and the clients guidelines and understand how to project and meet deadlines within budget for each project Serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the clients satisfaction Actively participate at the appropriate level in developing and administering proposals Manage/participate in client budgets, schedules, and programs Actively participate in marketing efforts and presentations Assist in the development of the firms design standards Maintain state registration and professional affiliations Promote collaborative team atmosphere Contribute to the overall quality and success of the project and firm Supervise Jr.

designers/architects and interview, hire, train, conduct appraisal performance, reward and discipline, and aid in problem-solving Oversee production of presentation boards and vignettes of concepts and design Manage corporate image program projects and enforce image program design standards Manage material standards including costs per square foot and appropriate application of materials including durability and sustainability characteristics Provide management and spec writing of furniture, fixtures, and equipment including specifying budgeting, and scheduling of FFE Qualifications Bachelors Degree from an accredited school in Interior Design Minimum of 10 years successful track record in the oversight and direct involvement of highly designed hospitality, commercial, and healthcare projects NCIDQ Certification; NCARB a plus but not required Strong understanding of building systems and documentations Strong conceptual, space planning, and construction documentation (CD) skills Strong financial, budgeting, and monitoring skills Proficient in software required to complete the project.

AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM knowledge required Act as the primary point of contact for clients on projects Familiarity with project management software Demonstrated ability to lead teams of professionals to meet project objectives Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Strong presentation skills, written skills, and marketing skills Ability to travel periodically Proven ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality customer service Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects For immediate review and consideration, contact: Tana Ridell
