This new channel reaches the end consumer through a digitally native brand with an underlying intention of serving as an additional R&D platform.

Consumer intelligence obtained from ANISA Beauty will provide critical feedback to further grow and support her long-standing beauty brand partners.

THE ROLE The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing consistent corporate identity and brand standards while visually translating the vision and objectives of the company into the desired impact.

The role will be responsible for supporting the management of on-time and on-budget completion of all creative production.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Provide critical feedback to creative and marketing team; provide daily guidance and direction to the Junior Designer with social, promotional, and photographic assets Design professional presentations, emails, and update brand guidelines Coordinate design requests cross-departmentally for B2B and D2C brands Supervise brand feel and voice across all assets with a critical technical eye Meticulously organize and manage design, photography, and video assets on the server Coordinate with outsourced creatives as needed; provide technical specifications, assist in choosing selections and manage deliverables on server platforms Work on multiple concurrent projects, seamlessly transitioning between each one without compromising creative integrity Retouch and enhance photography assets Conceptualize and collaborate with team to create innovated packaging/branding solutions Design and develop packaging from concept to production Be up-to-date and aware of current graphic, fashion, and beauty trends Prepare, package, and spec files for all assigned projects Follow workflow and sign-off protocols to ensure final deliverables are error-free Ability to meet deadlines daily and multitask projects Be adaptable to changes in project direction, priorities, and deadlines Work closely with cross-functional teams (Packaging Development, Product Development, & Marketing) to ensure designs are meeting time, cost, and objectives Develop, revise, and produce creative visual packaging concepts & mechanicals for both the DTC and retail space Collaborate with the Design/Marketing/Retail teams to discuss packaging specifications and confirm budgets Collaborate with the Design Director, Product Development team, and Copywriters to maintain brand and copy consistency while meeting regulatory standards and verifying packaging functionality Selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock-ups Evaluate market trends and analyze similar packaging designs Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies Streamline processes to increase productivity and quality of executions QUALIFICATIONS BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related studies in Art & Design 5 years graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment Creative individual with high attention to detail, highly organized and self-motivated team player Must be comfortable with taking feedback and changing direction Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign Proficiency in Adobe After Effects / Adobe Premiere / Final Cut Pro Experience in Photography and/or video; managing and editing assets Ability to present creative ideas to Marketing team and implement feedback Enhanced understanding of the principals of design and ability to educate others Proficiency in Monday Project Management Platforms Experience managing and creating content for E-commerce platform Interest in Beauty is a plus Requirement Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by the date of hire to be considered for this position at Anisa International in the United States.
