The foundation of our work starts with bringing our brand to life, ensuring its integrity as we move into new campaigns, initiatives, and launch new products and ventures.

The Brand Design team sits within our Corporate Marketing Communications function, yet collaborates closely with all areas of the marketing organization, our Senior Leadership team, Finance, Product Design, and our People team on any brand related project that requires our support.

About You Were looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape the future of our AppDirect brands as we continue to evolve and scale.

Working across all areas of brand design, this design lead will develop, drive, and execute creative designs; and as a builder, move fast and iterate in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate excels across a variety of styles, crisply articulates design decisions, iterates quickly, and collaborates seamlessly with marketers, product managers, leaders, other designers, and agency partners.

Were looking for a collaborative and imaginative designer with a strong background in studio and stakeholder management and developing design systems to support and scale global brands.

This brand storyteller is someone who cares deeply about the work they do, about having an impact, and being a thoughtful colleague.

They will have a driving curiosity to push boundaries across disciplines and within our evolving brand.

What youll do and how youll have an impact: Deliver design and creative work that brings the brand to life including identity systems, brand marketing, events, demand generation, communications (internal and external), product marketing, sales enablement, and editorial.

Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a strong identity and creative strategy for all brand products across all touch points Drive design team operations, including intake and scoping processes to templates and graphics libraries to ensure we are running a predictable and reliable design studio that scales with our organization.

Inspire, create, and sustain a culture of excellence by supporting the recruitment and mentorship of designers and partners in best practices, design process, and ideation.

Present concepts and negotiate project scope as needed throughout all levels of the organization from stakeholders and junior designers to our senior leadership team.

What Were Looking For 7 years design experience in an in-house team or agency Experience working in-house with a B2B to company Experience working with an enterprise SaaS company Creative portfolio of work that shows a diversity of experience across both online and offline media Ability to toggle between multiple brands and design systems, while setting the tone for delivering quality work that is scalable and extendable for the future.

Deep experience with the leading industry software.

We are a Figma-based studio, but also work in Sketch and the Adobe Suite as needed.

Proven excellence in effective art direction, hand-on designs, and building and extending design systems.

Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality in both design and communications.

Solid understanding of marketing, brand design, client management, and being a solid and trustworthy colleague.

Innate ability to ensure all projects are given the right level of effort, time, and consideration based on priorities.
