The delivery platform team is responsible for designing and building core logistics software at Coco, which is a complex system connecting robots, pilots, restaurants, and end-users and ensuring the highest quality and user satisfaction.
Day In a Life
As the Product Designer, you will be responsible for defining the user experience for our core logistics and delivery platform that is used by internal as well as external users.
You will be working with various teams across the organization to understand the business needs and complex processes involved in the delivery business.
Responsibilities
- Define complete user experience and interface for a set of tools for our logistics and delivery platform
- Work with product management, operations, customer success, engineering, and other teams to understand requirements
- Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes, graphics
- Validate final products
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience creating UI/UX for complex web and mobile products
- Experience with various design and prototyping tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing B2B tools (especially in logistics)
- Experience working with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
