If you have experience or strong knowledge of investing and financial concepts that is a BIG plus.Day to day you will be tasked with updating data, formatting, layout, design and content for print, PDF and presentation materials.
All while using established templates in Powerpoint and Seismic platform.Key Responsibilities:* Updating and creating charts, graphs, templates, and exhibits to be used in communications materials, websites, and/or presentations.* Occasionally preparing presentation and notes files for use in meetings and webcasts.* Customizing materials based on client needs while still applying brand, style and data presentation guidelines.* Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the following software: Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (advanced), Microsoft Excel (intermediate; charting skills critical), experience with Seismic is a plus.* Strong attention to detail, process orientation, highly organized, the ability to multi-task, and familiar with producing high volume of work on tight deadlines.* Demonstrates analytical thinking, an eye for detail and ability to spot trends and variances in data; able to work with largevolumes of data from multiple sources* Work cross functionally with multiple teams and co-workers to meet project needs.* Ideally has familiarity with financial concepts and the investment industry, including key data elements.
Work in another highly regulated industries such as legal and pharma is a plus!* 1-3 yrs experience working in a creative corporate environmentClient DescriptionThis client is one of our largest financial services clients.
