First Media regularly shares the most viewed and shared content in the world: Blossom and So Yummy are the #1 and #2 pages on Facebook in terms of views per post, and BabyFirst is viewed in 60 million U.S. TV homesFirst Media has an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to join our marketing team, translating marketing initiatives in a visual way, supporting the companys corporate and branding design needs.General Duties:Design media kits, branding one sheets, presentation and pitch decksInternal and external corporate branding collateralBuild original design initiatives from concept through implementationContribute towards overall branding and rebrandingMaintain a thorough understanding of the creative and technical process of the companyCreative templates, Infographics, and concept mock-ups (image research, photo manipulation)Static and creative for LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.Stay atop of trends and best practices, ensuring that First Media branding presence stays progressive and competitiveAd hoc design projects for other areas of the companyQualifications:At least 2 years of professional marketing design experienceKnowledge of key principles of design: layout, typography, fonts, color, balance and compositionProject management skillsThe ability to adapt to design and processes already in place, while bringing a unique vision for the evolution of the designProficient in PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, and IndesignBasic HTML/CSS and WordPress experienceInnovative and creativeAbility to handle and deliver multiple projects concurrentlyStrong focus and attention to detailGreat communication skillsApplication Submission:Please contribute links to marketing work samples or website links showcasing your workFirst Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
