As we develop communications campaigns for our clients across the earned, owned, paid and shared spaces, we turn to the creative and design expertise in the Studio. From the creation of a visual identity, to a website, to a film, the Studio creates the content that carries our stories to audiences around the globe

What we are looking for:

We would like to appoint a I+C Hub Director to become an accelerant and further catalyst for the development of our innovation + creative hub and the Studio in the US.

Working alongside our I+C Hub Lead, Creative Director and other specialist leads, the person we appoint to this role will help drive this ambition and can;

  • Act as a connecter between the I+C, our sector and specialist teams, and our clients – building trust and nurturing relationships within the agency and externally
  • Be hands on in running a project or pitch, keeping everyone focused and on track. You’ll champion the team around you throughout the process, knowing how to balance everyone’s opinion and add value throughout.
  • Bring commercial sense to identify opportunities for both our clients and the agency. Build and manage budgets and in partnership with other client leads, help open doors to new creative opportunities within an account.
  • Manage the I+C hub commercially; oversee budgets, manage profitability and work with senior leads on the finance and resourcing side
  • Be a partner to our Creative Director helping deliver the best possible level of creativity and craft in our campaigns.
  • Working with client leaders and clients to guide, advise and manage expectations and timelines from brief to delivery.
  • Leading and mentoring the studio project managers, producers, and I+C hub manager to drive logistics and delivery of a project
  • Appreciate and understand the importance of strategy to the end product and be familiar with how to implement strategic frameworks into delivery of a campaign.
  • Play a pivotal role in a team, you’ll be a true ‘people person’; you’ll connect, share ideas, inspire and mentor your peers and develop juniors, keeping an optimistic attitude and driving for the highest standard attainable.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns and the elements that they include; from a shoot to a website, a social campaign to an event.

Background:

  • 10+ years’ experience in agency client service, production or operational role
  • Proven track record of success leading large client programs across a wide variety of industry sectors and channels
